Wedding season is well underway! Whether you've already been to a few weddings this season or you have a bunch to attend later in the season, it is never too early to think about what you're going to wear! Just for fun, I've outlined a few choices for what to wear to different weddings this summer.
This first look is for the classic garden party wedding. Outside amongst the flowers you'll blend right in wearing a floral frock but the punchy colours help you make a statement without being too much. After all the focus should always be on the bride. Wedges or flats are always a good idea when dealing with a grassy area. It is just easier to walk in them without sinking into the ground. You're also free to play all the fun lawn games!
A beach wedding gives you license to be a little more casual with your outfit choices but at the same time you can still dress it up a little. It's best to wear something non constricting on the beach. Cute strappy sandals let you walk on the sand comfortably too. A side braid will keep your hair out of your face and keep it from getting blow around in the wind.
Having the reception in the middle of the day instead of the evening, is becoming increasingly popular. These kind of weddings give you license to be a little more fun with your choices and pick bright colours and unique touches. The middle of the day in the summer can be quite hot so wear light breezy clothes that aren't too constricting.
Sometimes you have a very classic and elegant evening wedding to attend and those are the times you can really bring your A-game. High-class evening weddings allow for a little more glamour, so pull out the darker lipstick and those awesome shoes. Remember to allow yourself the comfortability to dance the night away though.
So there you have it. Just a few outfit ideas to dress it up this summer at all your loved one's weddings. Remember to infuse each one with your own personality and have fun with it.
