When you run your own small business there is a lot to think about. You have to think about what you want your business to be like, what you want it to stand for, how you want people to interpret it. What kind of legacy do you want it to have? How do you want your clients to feel on their wedding day? I wanted to build a business that would not only continue to grow, but give my clients what I want them to have.
What I wanted was my clients to have what I would want in their position. That is the core of everything that I do. It is the core of how I run Arynn Photography. It is always at the forefront of my mind. If this client were me, what would I want from my photographer. How would I feel best served by them. Photography is a relational business. It is a very personal thing to invite someone to share with you in these intimate moments of your lives. More than anything you should feel comfortable and free to be yourselves completely on your wedding day. Serving my clients to the absolute best of my ability and sharing with them openly and honestly is at the core of Arynn Photography. To me, your wedding is not a one day deal. It is a process, an experience. (#thearynnexperience) I want you to have a joyful time. Not just on the day itself but the days leading up and following it as well. All of my collections have been carefully crafted in order to make sure that no matter which one you choose, you will be getting that experience. That's why I don't offer full weddings less than six hours. I want you to have the full story. As I've built my business there are main components I keep in mind to enhance your experience.
#1 I always respond to your emails within 24 hours. Everyone is busy and you don't want to sit around waiting for answers to questions. This is very important to me. Your time is just as valuable as mine.
#2 I try and be as transparent as possible about what you can expect from me. I have nothing to hide from you about how I run my business.
#3 Your images are yours! Your images are not mine to keep. You will never pay extra after the fact to have access to your photos. Everything is upfront (see #2 on transparency). All of your images are provided in high resolution. They are yours to share as you wish.
#4 Quality is important to me. The digital images are yours so if you choose to enhance your experience with gorgeous heirloom quality products I want to be able to provide them for you.
More than anything I want you to feel like you have a friend there on your wedding day looking out for you. One who will work to see and translate your vision. (no matter how crazy that vision is) Be your crazy, quirky and unique selves. I want to celebrate all that which makes you YOU!
