Kathy and Kevin Toronto City Hall Elopement

I love small intimate weddings and elopements. The focus is squarely on all of the things that matter the most. Love, family, friendship, and just the details that mean the most to you. Kathy and Kevin decided to get married at Toronto City Hall with just the people they loved most in the world. There was so much emotion flowing throughout the day and so many sweet details. The mice below were a memory from when Kathy worked at a toy store. She admired the mice so much that Kevin decided to get them for her. Kathy carried a bouquet of paper origami flowers that she made herself. I was beyond blown away by her talent.

I always admire people who choose to do whatever they want on their wedding day. With all of their family there with them in the morning to get ready, there were tons of moments to capture precious memories. One of my favourite moments was Kevin helping his grandfather with his tie. These are moments you won’t want to forget. I also love everyone hanging out together in the bedroom while Kathy gets her hair done. It’s like a family party.

One of my favourite photos from the day came out of the perfect Toronto moment. Pre Covid of course. Kathy and Kevin sat down outside Mi Taco Taqueria on Bloor (It was insanely hot that day, they deserved a break) and someone eating inside ended up being the perfect photo bomber.
