I am finally getting around to blogging some pictures from our trip to South Korea. It's only been 8 months since we were there. September in South Korea was hot. Super hot. Weirdly hotter than it ever is here. I'm talking 30 degrees with 100 percent humidity. As sweaty as it was South Korea is one of the most beautiful places. Not only did I get to photograph a beautiful engagement and wedding which you can see here and here, but I got to gorge on Korean BBQ which is one of the greatest foods ever. If anyone knows of a great Korean BBQ joint in the GTA hit me up because I need to know.
This country I call home is pretty freaking amazing. The Eastern Coast of Canada is one of my favourite places. Not only is it stunningly beautiful, but the people there are some of the best. This past summer I was lucky enough to head out East for the second time. This time was to shoot a wedding at White Point Beach Resort in Nova Scotia that you can check out here! Since most of the weddings I shoot are in the Toronto area or Durham Region, heading out to another province was wonderful. Plus if you have ever been to Eastern Canada you'll know just how magical it is.
We road tripped out to Nova Scotia for the wedding. Stopping along the way to check out Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg and Mahone Bay. Then, we took the ferry from Sydney, Nova Scotia across to Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland. Quite the long ferry ride let me tell you, but the views are unexplainable. After that we drove all the way across the Island to St Johns stopping in Gros Morne National Park and Bauline East where we stayed in the cutest Air BnB I have ever seen! This trip consisted of days of sunshine, fog and rain and more seafood than you can possibly imagine. I have a serious weakness for mussels... yumm!!! I am already dreaming of my next visit to Eastern Canada. If you're thinking about getting married out East or know someone who is, don't hesitate to hit me up! I super duper love it out there.
